Design and development of custom electronics

We design the electronics that make your product work: circuits and PCBs, firmware, prototypes and validation. We support you from technical definition through preparation for manufacturing, bringing in our product design and mechanical engineering teams when needed.

Visual concept of a printed circuit board, not a commercial product. Loop sequence: components are mounted on the PCB, the firmware activates the microcontroller, sensors send signals, a functional prototype check is illustrated, and the antenna transmits data. This sequence repeats automatically; drag to rotate the board and double-click to return to the original view.

01 / Purpose

When we can help

We work with businesses that need to develop an electronic product, strengthen their team or prepare a prototype for manufacturing.

You want to develop a new product

We work with you to define what the product needs to do, the components it requires and how to integrate its electronics.

You need to strengthen your team

We handle the PCB design, firmware or validation your project needs, coordinating with the disciplines you already have covered.

You have a prototype to prepare for manufacturing

We review the design, components and testing needed to move towards repeatable production.

From PCB to product

We developed the electronics, touch interface and firmware for this domestic air purifier. The work brings together control, user interaction and PCB integration within the device.

How it works

From the blank board to the connected product.

The components are assembled, the tracks are routed, the board is powered on, and the microcontroller communicates with the outside world via the antenna.

02 / Process

How do we develop the electronics for a product?

A phased process to manage hardware development and reduce technical risk before it becomes expensive.

  1. 01

    Definition

We analyzed the technical, functional, and regulatory needs of the product. We defined the electronic architecture and the design criteria that guide the entire development process.

  2. 02

    Design

We designed the system architecture, selected components, and developed the schematic and PCB. We applied manufacturing criteria (DFM) from the earliest stages.

  3. 03

    Development

We programmed the firmware, integrated sensors, actuators, and communications, and validated the hardware-software integration in functional prototypes.

  4. 04

    Validation

We define and carry out functional and integration tests on the prototype. Electromagnetic compatibility and reliability testing are scoped according to product requirements.

  5. 05

    Industrialisation

We prepared the manufacturing documentation, optimized the design for the series, and supported the initial production process up to the final validation.

  6. 06

    Certification

We define validation needs and regulatory support according to the product and its intended markets. The proposal sets out the scope of testing and certification.

  7. 07

    Manufacturing

We manufacture the series using our own resources and those of the group, ensuring quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness for each unit.

  8. 08

    Support and development

We support the product as it evolves, with firmware updates, component reviews and new versions to meet the needs of each project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about your electronics project

Can we commission just PCB design or firmware?

Yes. We can work on one part of the development or handle the complete electronics. At the outset, we define the scope and how to coordinate with your team.

Can you integrate electronics with product design and mechanical engineering?

Yes. Our electronics, product design and mechanical engineering teams can work together when a project requires these disciplines.

Can you work from an existing prototype?

We can review the prototype and define the work needed for validation or preparation for manufacturing. Available documentation and product requirements determine the scope.

What information do you need to assess a project?

Tell us what the product needs to do, its current stage and what you need to develop. If you already have requirements, schematics or prototype documentation, mention them in your enquiry and we will arrange a review.

Does the service include testing and certification?

We define validation needs and regulatory support according to the product and its intended markets. The project proposal sets out the scope of testing and certification.
