01 / Approach

From a working prototype to repeatable production

Industrialization prepares the electronic product for stable manufacturing. We review cost, component availability, assembly, testability and integration before scaling the design.

02 / Capabilities

Preparing the production process

From the bill of materials to the first production runs, with the supply chain under control.

01

BOM optimization

Component selection based on cost, availability, life cycle and second sources to reduce obsolescence risk.

02

DFM/DFA

Design for manufacturing and assembly, panelization, solder-paste stencil optimization and pick-and-place rules.

03

Production documentation

Gerber files, drilling files, pick-and-place data, a structured bill of materials, assembly instructions and test procedures.

04

EMS selection

Evaluation of electronic contract manufacturers in Europe and Asia, including quality audits.

05

New Product Introduction

Support for initial production runs, incident resolution, process adjustments and first-unit validation.

06

Supply-chain management

Purchasing strategy, buffers for critical components and alternatives during shortages.

03 / Manufacturing

Local manufacturing and turnkey delivery

We combine the group's manufacturing and assembly capabilities with the suppliers required by each product. Local production allows material quality, costs and deliveries to be supervised directly. Each unit is tested against the agreed production criteria.

We can accompany the full cycle: design, prototype validation, certification support, manufacturing and delivery of the product ready for assembly or commercialization. Electronics can be supplied as a dedicated service or integrated with the group's mechanical engineering, industrial design and assembly teams.
