Electronic product testing and validation

We verify the hardware, firmware and complete product. We define test plans, develop test benches and support preparation for certification.

01 / Approach

Validation before series production

We check that the product meets its agreed specifications and identify issues before they reach manufacturing.

The test plan covers the hardware, firmware, power supply, communications and complete assembly.

02 / Capabilities

Testing services

From design validation to testing each manufactured unit, with our own laboratory and the accredited laboratories each product requires.

01

Automated test benches

Fixtures and jigs, LabVIEW and Python test software, National Instruments instrumentation, functional testing, in-circuit testing and boundary scan.

02

EMC pre-compliance

Conducted and radiated emissions, ESD, burst and surge immunity checks, and preparation for testing in accredited laboratories.

03

Environmental validation

Temperature, humidity, vibration, shock and thermal cycling tests, including HALT/HASS where the project requires them.

04

Functional validation

Verification of product functions under real operating conditions and defined limits.

05

Testing each manufactured unit

Validation of the design and testing during production solve different needs. We define repeatable checks and acceptance criteria so that manufacturing teams can verify each unit and record the results.

03 / Certification

Certification and compliance support

We support the documentation, testing and coordination required for the product's target markets, including CE marking, FCC, UL and RED requirements, and RoHS and REACH requirements where applicable. We coordinate with laboratories and notified bodies when required by the project.

The applicable requirements and assessment route depend on the product, its intended use and its markets. They are defined during the project rather than assumed to apply uniformly to every device.
