Through this document, i-mas sets out its Cookie Policy and Data Handling Policy, In accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and the Guide on the use of cookies issued by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in a user’s browser (on a computer or mobile device). It’s used to allow the website to function, to remember user choices, and, if the user agrees, to measure how the site is used and which campaigns bring visitors.
How we ask for consent
The first time you enter i-mas.com a notice appears with three options of the same weight: accept all, reject all and choose. Choosing separates the two purposes that have consequences, measurement and advertising, and each one is accepted or rejected on its own; the essential ones cannot be switched off, because without them the website does not work and cannot remember this very decision. Until the user chooses, the site installs no cookie that is not strictly necessary and loads no measurement or advertising tool. Anyone who accepts measurement alone gets Google Analytics and nothing else: no advertising tag is ever loaded. The decision is kept for twelve months in a cookie of our own and can be changed at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Rejecting cookies does not limit the use of the website.

The LinkedIn pixel is handled by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, it is loaded only if the user accepts advertising, and it is explained in LinkedIn’s cookie policy.
Depending on the page and consent, these tools are loaded through direct Google tags or through Google Tag Manager, a tag manager which does not install cookies by itself. Google can transfer data to the United States; it does so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information at: Google’s cookie policy.
Embedded content
Some pages display YouTube videos. These are loaded using a private enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only when the user initiates playback. From that point on, YouTube (Google LLC) can install its own cookies, in accordance with its policy.
How to withdraw consent or delete cookies
From the “Manage Cookies” link in the footer, you can change your decision at any time. Furthermore, all browsers allow you to block or delete any cookies that have already been saved.

Record of consent
When the user accepts or rejects, i-mas keeps a record of that decision on its own server: a random identifier, the date and time, which purposes were accepted, the version of the notice being read, the language and the page the decision was made from. Of the IP address we do not keep the address itself but an encrypted fingerprint, which cannot be turned back into a list of who visited the site. This record is the one required by article 7.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation in order to demonstrate that consent existed; it is kept for twenty-four months and then deleted automatically.

Form protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to detect and block automated submissions. It loads on pages containing a form as a security measure and remains available when you reject analytics and advertising cookies.
Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser and connection characteristics, and the site where verification takes place. This integration does not send Cloudflare the name, email address or message you enter in the form: WordPress checks a verification token with Cloudflare before accepting the submission. Cloudflare also uses technical signals to improve bot detection, as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy, which explains its processing and international data transfers.
Pre-clearance is disabled: this integration does not use the cf_clearance cookie to skip other Cloudflare security checks. If verification cannot be completed, you can retry without losing the information you entered or contact us at info@i-mas.com.
Enquiry attribution
If you accept analytics, we use imas_captacion_sesion in your browser’s session storage to remember the first page visited with that consent, the referring site and any available source, medium and campaign names. It is kept in the tab for a maximum of 30 minutes and removed if you reject analytics or end the tab session. If you submit an enquiry, these details accompany its WordPress record so that we can identify its origin. This storage item does not contain the information you enter in the form. You can submit an enquiry without accepting analytics.
