01 / Approach

From system requirements to a validated prototype

We define the functional blocks, select components, assess technical feasibility and estimate costs before developing the hardware.

Electronics, mechanical integration and firmware are considered together, so the board fits the product and its manufacturing process.

You can commission a single phase or the complete hardware design. The same team validates it afterwards and prepares it for manufacturing.

System architecture

Functional specification, block diagrams, component selection, feasibility and cost analysis.

Schematic design

Analogue circuits for power supplies, sensors and amplification; digital circuits with MCUs, FPGAs and memory; and mixed-signal systems.

PCB layout

Multilayer boards up to 16 layers, controlled impedance, high-frequency circuits and rigid-flex designs using Altium Designer and KiCad.

Simulation

SPICE analysis, signal integrity, power integrity and thermal analysis.

Rapid prototyping

PCB prototypes, BGA/QFN assembly and automated optical inspection. Rapid prototypes can be produced in 48–72 hours where the design and component availability allow; the lead time is agreed for each project.

03 / Technologies

Platforms, interfaces and sensors

Our work covers STM32, Nordic nRF, ESP32, NXP i.MX, Microchip SAM and Xilinx/AMD Zynq families.

We develop buck, boost and LDO power supplies and battery charging systems; Ethernet, USB, PCIe and MIPI interfaces; IMU, pressure, temperature and current sensing; and motor drivers and solid-state relay control.

We coordinate hardware with embedded firmware, enclosure design, validation and production documentation, so the prototype is reviewed against both its operating requirements and its future manufacturing process.
