Fase 01 · The project

Alacarte Ventures allows you to easily and intuitively adjust the alcohol content of wine.

Through a fast and controlled process, designed to facilitate the consumer’s choice at the point of sale, without the need for additives or chemicals, the focus is on achieving the desired taste.

Fase 02 · The challenge

To de-alcoholize wine without compromising the experience.

Gastronomy Solutions challenged us with the task of reducing the alcohol content of the wine, without affecting its taste or properties, and to achieve this through a simple and easy-to-use solution suitable for real-world consumption environments.

Alacarte Ventures was conceived as a user-focused device, capable of clearly, quickly, and intuitively adjusting alcohol levels, eliminating the technical complexity of the process and avoiding the use of additives or chemicals.

Fase 03 · Development

Allow the user to choose clearly and with confidence.

We transformed the device into an interactive experience, allowing the customer to intuitively select their desired alcohol level, while also understanding the real-time impact of their choice.

The interactive interface visualizes the process in a clear and accessible way, always keeping the bottle visible and reinforcing a sense of control, transparency, and trust throughout the interaction.

Fase 04 · Final product

Enjoying wine in a controlled and mindful way.

The result is a device that shifts the decision to the user, allowing them to enjoy wine with a lower alcohol content without affecting its sensory qualities or original character.

The touch interface, clear and intuitive, guides the process step-by-step and allows you to easily select the desired alcohol level. The design of the system and the interface visually distinguishes between the different types of wine, preventing errors during use and reinforcing a consistent, understandable, and safe experience from start to finish.

Overview

Development of the User Interface for Gastronomy Solutions

We designed a clear and intuitive user interface that enhances interaction with the Alacarte Ventures device from the very first use.

The UX/UI approach focused on simplifying the decision-making process, guiding the user throughout by providing a smooth and intuitive navigation experience. Using an interactive touchscreen, customers can easily and individually adjust the wine’s alcohol content, while always maintaining an understanding of the process and preserving the wine’s quality and natural characteristics.

We designed an intuitive and efficient user interface to enhance interaction with the Alacarte Ventures device. Our focus on UX/UI ensures smooth navigation, allowing restaurant clients to easily and individually adjust the alcohol level in their wine, without compromising the product’s quality or natural characteristics.
