Gastronomy Solutions presented us with the challenge of de-alcoholizing wine while preserving all its properties.
Alacarte Ventures is a device that allows consumers to reduce the alcohol content of wine according to their preference, thanks to a quick, simple, and cost-effective process that doesn’t require the use of additives or chemicals.

Obtaining the desired alcohol level for the customer.
We transformed the device into a unique experience where high-end restaurant customers can select the alcohol level they want to enjoy in their wine and watch the entire process on an interactive screen without losing sight of the selected bottle.

Consuming wine without the harmful effects of alcohol.
This device reduces the high production cost of alcohol-free wine, minimizes any alteration of the wine’s natural attributes that may affect its quality, and allows for consuming wine without the harmful effects of alcohol on health.
The device is equipped with a user-friendly and intuitive touch screen that allows you to select the desired alcohol content and follow the process step by step. Additionally, it features filters for rosé, white, and red wine, ensuring that their flavors never mix during the alcohol extraction process. The design has taken this detail into account and has distinguished them by their corresponding shades.
