Machine vision technology applied to cheese cutting.

The system combines machine vision and automation to analyze each cheese slice before cutting. Based on the volume detected and the configured density, it calculates the total weight and determines how to divide the piece according to production parameters.

It allows you to define cuts with or without shrinkage, adjusting the product distribution to achieve consistent weights or eliminate waste. Thanks to recipe management, the equipment easily adapts to different types of cheese and manufacturing needs.

A new way to identify food: natural, sustainable, and without labels.

This device has been designed to meet the needs of the food industry through a natural and sustainable marking system. Its primary function is to identify and personalize food directly on its surface, without using inks, adhesives, or chemicals. The Laser Food system allows for visible, safe, and permanent marking, without altering the product’s taste, texture, quality, or shelf life. The device is specifically designed for this purpose and offers high performance in industrial environments thanks to its fast, precise, and intuitive operation.

Optimize cheese cutting with precision and flexibility.

The project required the development of a system capable of automatically analyzing each cheese slice before cutting, calculating its actual weight based on its volume and the pre-defined density.

The aim was to automate the decision-making process for dividing each piece, enabling work with or without deductions, and ensuring that the resulting portions adhered to the defined parameters for each product type.

Fase 03 · Development

Integration of machine vision and cutting automation.

To respond to the project, a system was developed that combines machine vision and automated control to analyze each cheese stick on the production line.

The team calculates the volume of each piece, applies the configured density parameter, and automatically determines the optimal cutting method based on the selected recipe. The solution integrates into a continuous transport and cutting line, ensuring stable and coordinated operation in an industrial environment.

Fase 04 · Final product

Automated and precise cutting in the production line.

The system allows for the continuous analysis and cutting of cheese blocks of various types, automatically executing the cuts defined by vision according to the selected recipe.

The solution offers uniform cuts, the ability to work with or without losses, and stable production without interruptions. This results in a precise, controlled process tailored to the needs of the cheese industry.
