The product design team at I-MAS collaborated with the client on an innovative concept, introducing technology to enhance reliability and repeatability within an annual ceramic mixing process for dental restorations. This process involves mixing ceramic elements to achieve the desired color for dental pieces.
Another challenge involved designing a versatile anchoring system that would allow the device to be installed and removed without altering the vessel, adapting to a variety of boat models. We also worked on creating a compact and ergonomic design, maximizing space for the components while maintaining functionality.
The project’s implementation has involved the mechanical design of the machine for automating the process, the design of the enclosure, electronic design, the user interface, and packaging.
By utilizing the latest technology across areas ranging from design to the development of crucial elements such as User Experience and User Interface, intuitive, clear, and easy-to-use software has been created. This software informs the user throughout the entire process, indicating the current stage. With an attractive and market-appropriate design, users can enjoy a unique experience.
The UX/UI design focused on guiding the professional throughout the mixing process, using a clean and understandable interface, which reduced operational complexity, minimized errors, and ensured that attention remained focused on the correct preparation of the material.
