Our Process
01/
Challenge
A suspended system that enhances hygiene and ergonomics in critical areas.
Our client needed the design of a hospital product that would guarantee efficient and safe workflow, reducing response time to emergencies and allowing for modification of its components and accessories considering the demands of the moment.
02/
Development
Hospital equipment adaptable to different functions and accessories.
When developing Abitus, the I-MAS team paid special attention to the combination of shapes and materials. We use extruded aluminum profile bases and include numerous decorative pieces made of ABS.
03/
Final product
A horizontal system for critical areas, equipped with everything needed for patient care.
The equipment included in the product is divided between the horizontal body, which is suspended, and the vertical columns. Through these, positions can be adjusted depending on the accessories and the provision of electrical mechanisms. These columns also house integrated trays and drawers.
