This device has been designed to meet the needs of the food industry through a natural and sustainable marking system. Its primary function is to identify and personalize food directly on its surface, without using inks, adhesives, or chemicals. The Laser Food system allows for visible, safe, and permanent marking, without altering the product’s taste, texture, quality, or shelf life. The device is specifically designed for this purpose and offers high performance in industrial environments thanks to its fast, precise, and intuitive operation.

The food industry is facing the challenge of improving traceability, reducing waste, and providing consumers with information, all while maintaining product quality.
Laser Food was created with the aim of replacing traditional labels with a natural marking system directly on the food’s surface, without using inks or additives, and without affecting its sensory properties.
Fase 03 · Development
Creating a secure, visible, and automated technology.
We have developed a laser marking system based on controlled depigmentation of the outermost layer of the food, using a concentrated, low-energy light source.
The process allows each individual component to be customized with information such as brand, origin, or batch number, and integrates seamlessly into production lines, offering a novel and engaging visual experience for the end consumer.

To identify foods that are not labeled and do not contain chemicals.
The Laser Food system allows food to be marked without the need for labels or inks, reducing waste and improving the sustainability of the production process. Its technology does not alter the taste, texture, quality, or shelf life of the food, guaranteeing a safe and respectful marking method.
