The team at i-mas’s objective is to develop a machine for use in the healthcare sector. It’s crucial in this area to quickly determine the source of an infection. The design of this product must be adapted to hospital environments, as the machine will be integrated into healthcare centers.
The machine is designed so that the operator can insert the cartridge containing the sample into the top of the machine developed by i-mas. This is positioned to ensure the sample can be analyzed.
The final outcome is a laboratory prototype designed for hospitals, with the aim of evaluating the performance of real samples and comparing the results with those obtained through conventional analysis systems. This system consists of a modular unit and capsules for holding the samples, facilitating their analysis.
