FitHome is an innovative piece of furniture designed to transform the home exercise experience. This project was developed by the team of engineers and designers at i-mas, who have successfully combined aesthetics and functionality in a product that redefines the concept of home fitness.
The main challenge was to design a piece of furniture that would seamlessly integrate into a home, while maintaining a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, without compromising its functionality as a fitness center. The solution needed to allow users to easily deploy the necessary components for exercise, and to store everything in an organized and discreet manner.
Another challenge involved designing a versatile anchoring system that would allow the device to be installed and removed without altering the vessel, adapting to a variety of boat models. We also worked on creating a compact and ergonomic design, maximizing space for the components while maintaining functionality.
FitHome includes everything you need to create a workout routine at home. It features an intuitive deployment system for quick access to fitness equipment, and a top shelf for placing a mobile device and following online classes.
Our team has worked on this project from the initial design concept through the creation of functional prototypes and validation for mass production. We have collaborated with experts in wood furniture manufacturing to ensure that every detail meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and design.
