Phase 01 · Accessory for the
Zewide 10 is a camera accessory that combines the most innovative elements for controlling movement.
This control is achieved through advanced software and can be operated via a 3.5-inch integrated TFT touch screen. With complete control over movement parameters, excellent time-lapses, photographs, and videos can be obtained.
Phase 02 · Designing an accessory
Our client required i-mas’ team to design and develop a product – an accessory for photographic cameras – that could control movement. It also needed to be compatible with various mounting systems.
Phase 03 · Creating a programme
In addition to the camera stabilizer, the team developed a control system using advanced software, which is operated via a built-in TFT touchscreen. The software is connected to the mechanism developed, primarily for creating time-lapses.
Phase 04 · A compatible product
As a final result, a mechanism was achieved that is programmed to move a few degrees every few seconds, correcting the Earth’s rotation. With this absolute control over the movement parameters, it is possible to obtain high-quality timelapses, photographs, and videos.
