Instant oil machine
Design and development of an instant oil extraction machine for Mediterrània ID. With this machine, the oil can be extracted from the olive paste instantly, independent of the season of the year. When the olives are harvested, they are processed and when they are ready for the press, they are frozen so that the oil is ready to be extracted at any time.
This project has included everything from the initial R&D&I and design phases to product development and electronics. Prototypes have also been made and support has been given in the final industrialisation.

After many tests and several prototypes, the final design has been achieved: a functional and modern machine, suitable for domestic and professional use.
