Tray control by machine vision
The quality controlsolution presented at Advanced Factories 2022 combines different machine vision technologies applied to Industry 4.0.
Mechanically the system consists of a destacker, a belt and a 4-position stacker. This stacker is formed by an X/Z manipulator controlled by a PLC and two servos.
The machine vision system consists of3 image capture systems and a central image processing PC.
