SAFETYBAND is a product that was born in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic with the aim of becoming the bracelet of the new normality.
The development of this product arose from the need to protect ourselves at a time when biosecurity has become indispensable in our daily lives.

Challenge
Developing a product in the midst of a pandemic to facilitate hygiene and safety in people's daily life
In one of the most difficult times we have faced as a society, many needs arose to try to protect and keep us safe from the virus. SAFETYBAND Its aim was to facilitate hand disinfection, care for the skin, and provide protection with its built-in, refillable hygienic gel capsules integrated into a wristband.

Development
The design of a wristband that incorporates refillable capsules with hypoallergenic and moisturizing sanitizing gel for disinfecting hands.
Our R&D department developed two options to facilitate hand sanitization. In addition to a whole collection of wristbands in different colors and materials for the strap, they also designed the option to carry the refillable capsules on a lanyard for those who prefer to wear them around their neck.

Final product
A product 100% designed, developed, and manufactured in Spain to facilitate hand hygiene for users.
This was the first patented hydroalcoholic gel wristband, in addition to being designed and manufactured in Spain. A pioneering and innovative project that made a small but significant contribution to the unprecedented global health situation.
