Thanks to digitalization, factories are able to collect and analyze information in real time, detect deviations, and react immediately. This translates into improved productivity, reduced food waste, and a much greater ability to comply with strict regulations without increasing costs.   <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, digitization strengthens the confidence of customers and consumers, who demand clear information about the origin and processing of food.
