It is not just a matter of meeting technical specifications, but of understanding the operational context, available resources and specific production objectives. By actively listening to the customer, it is possible to develop solutions that respond exactly to the challenges faced by production plants.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Two major challenges: quality and efficiency in industrial automation<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>Currently, the main demands of industrial companies are focused on two main areas: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/i-mas.com\/en\/the-evolution-of-machine-vision-from-2005-to-the-present-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quality and process control:<\/a><\/strong> defect identification, visual inspection, traceability, automated sorting, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation of low value-added tasks: <\/strong>repetitive, labor-intensive processes that are difficult to cover due to lack of personnel or high costs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Machine vision <\/strong>and<strong> AI<\/strong> can effectively address both issues, providing robust, scalable solutions with a direct impact on productivity. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Artificial intelligence and deep learning in real applications<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>Although <strong>AI <\/strong>is not yet widespread as an integral management system in factories, it is very present in specific high-value applications. Most advanced <strong>machine vision solutions <\/strong>already integrate <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/i-mas.com\/en\/deep-learning-architectures-and-their-application-in-industrial-environments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deep learning<\/a><\/strong> models, either as the main system or as a complement to classic algorithms.
